Free AI Meeting Recorder & Notes Privacy Policy
This product records meeting audio only after the user clicks the recorder controls and grants Chrome permission. The user chooses the tab/screen source and can choose whether to include microphone audio.
Data processed
- Meeting recordings are held in the browser while recording.
- Audio is uploaded to the Voxly backend only when the user clicks Stop, Transcribe & Summarize.
- Transcripts and summaries are saved in Chrome storage for the user’s convenience.
- Email login is used to sync Pro access.
- Stripe handles payments; Voxly stores subscription status for this product.
Free and Pro access
Free mode includes Audio Fixer/EQ, saved presets and limited preview usage. If a meeting continues beyond the free preview, the recording can continue locally in the open recorder page, but full transcription, AI summaries, MP3 and Word/PDF/email exports require Pro. If Pro is not activated, the locked full recording can be deleted from the page after warnings. If subscription status becomes inactive, Pro features lock again, while the free Audio Fixer/EQ remains available.
No sale of data
We do not sell meeting recordings, transcripts, summaries or account data. Audio/transcripts are sent to AI providers only to provide transcription and summary features requested by the user.
