What Voxly processes

Voxly processes audio you choose to record from browser tabs or upload as files so it can create a transcript. Audio may be sent to Voxly servers and trusted transcription providers only to generate the transcript.

Account and usage data

To prevent abuse and manage paid access, Voxly may store account email, plan status, usage minutes, device identifier, IP hash, timestamps and transcript job metadata.

What Voxly does not do

Voxly does not sell your audio or transcript content. Voxly does not use your audio for advertising. Transcript data should only be kept as long as needed for the service unless the user saves it.

Payments

Payments are handled through Stripe. Voxly does not store full card details.
