Help with AI Meeting Recorder.

Click Allow Tab Audio and choose the actual meeting tab in Chrome’s share picker. Make sure Share tab audio is enabled. If you choose the whole screen or another tab, Chrome may not share the meeting sound.

Tab audio usually captures other participants, not always your own microphone. Click Allow Microphone on the recorder page if you want your own voice included.

Check browser and system privacy settings. On Mac, open System Settings → Privacy & Security and allow Google Chrome for microphone and screen/system audio recording. Restart Chrome after changing permissions.

Real speaker names depend on what the meeting platform exposes. If names are not available, Voxly may label speakers as Speaker 1, Speaker 2, etc. Speaker separation is best when the recording contains clear back-and-forth audio and speaker labeling is enabled.

Voxly tries to summarize in the detected main language of the meeting. Mixed-language meetings are summarized in the dominant language while keeping important names and terms as spoken.

Open the extension and click Account or Check Pro Now. Stripe may take a short moment to confirm the subscription. Make sure you are logged in with the same email used during checkout.

Pro features lock again when the subscription becomes inactive, canceled, unpaid or past due. Your login can stay connected, but Pro-only exports and long-meeting features are disabled after cancellation.
