Delete account or preset data

You can request deletion of YouTube Glow Theater account data or cloud-synced preset data by contacting support.

How to request deletion

Email support@wavswap.com with the subject "YouTube Glow Theater Data Deletion".

Include the email address used to log in or subscribe. We may need to verify that you own the account before deleting account or cloud preset data.

Local browser data

You can also clear local extension data yourself by resetting the extension, removing the extension from Chrome, or clearing Chrome extension storage. Local browser data may include settings, toggles and locally saved presets.

Subscription data

Some billing records may be retained by Stripe or by Voxly/Wavswap as needed for payment records, fraud prevention, taxes, legal compliance or support history.
